A: Huh7, Huh-BAT, HepG2, SNU475, and SNU761 HCC cell lines were cultured in medium containing 5% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and treated with gefitinib (A, left), silibinin (A, right) for 72 hr. The resulting cell viability was determined using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay.
