Anti-mouse/human/rat CCL2 (MCP-1)-InVivo (Clone: 2H5) 항체는 단구 화학유인 단백질 1(MCP-1)로도 알려진 마우스, 인간 및 쥐 CCL2와 반응합니다. MCP-1은 주로 단구/대식세포에 의해 생성되는 13 kDa 케모카인이며 강력한 단구 유인 케모카인입니다. 2H5 항체는 생체 내(in vivo)에서 CCL2의 생물학적 효과를 중화하는 것으로 밝혀졌습니다.
