설명	Denosumab (anti-RANK ligand) (AMG-162)는 영장류 RANKL을 선택적으로 억제하는 완전 인간 단일 클론 항체입니다. Denosumab은 인간 RANKL (143–317)이 마우스 RAW 264.7 세포에서 유래한 파골세포 형성을 자극하는 능력을 1.64 nM의 IC50 값으로 억제합니다.
