설명 Glutathione (GSH)는 대부분의 포유류 조직에 존재하는 세 가지 아미노산(시스테인, 글루탐산 및 글리신)으로 구성된 트리펩타이드입니다. 이는 항산화제, 자유 라디칼 소거제 및 해독제로 작용합니다.

Glutathione (GSH)는 과도한 ROS 수준, DNA 손상 축적 및 돼지 난모세포의 세포자멸사 발생을 억제함으로써 중금속 카드뮴(Cd) 노출로 유도된 감수분열 실패를 회복시킬 수 있습니다.

    Cadmium chloride is dissolved in PBS and diluted in TCM-199 medium to a final concentration of 0.4, 2, 10 and 50 μM, respectively. GSH (Glutathione) is dissolved in PBS and diluted in the same medium to a final concentration of 1, 2 and 4 mM, respectively. Both cadmium chloride and this compound are supplemented to TCM-199 medium immediately before culture.
