설명 GPNA hydrochloride (L-γ-glutamyl-p-nitroanilide hydrochloride)는 γ-글루타밀전이효소(GGT)의 기질이자 A549 세포에서 IC50이 ~250 μM인 글루타민 수송체 ASCT2의 억제제입니다. 또한 Na+-의존성 운반체 SNAT1, -2, -4, -5 및 Na+-비의존성 류신 수송체 LAT1/2를 억제합니다. 췌장암, 유방암, 교모세포종, 급성 골수성 백혈병, 비소세포폐암 연구에 널리 사용될 수 있습니다.

    Cells (1–2 × 105) are cultured for 24 h followed by treatment where stated with vehicle or 1 mm GPNA for 24 h. And then staining for flow cytometric analysis is performed. MTT assays are conducted using 100–250 cells per well in a 96-well plate. Fresh media with vehicle or 1 mm GPNA are applied every two days.
