설명	자연 발생적인 프소랄렌형 푸라노쿠마린인 Imperatorin (아미딘, 마르멜로신, 펜토살렌, 8-아이소아밀렌옥시프소랄렌)은 강력한 근육 이완제이며 혈관 평활근에 대한 Calcium Channel 길항제로 작용합니다.
시험관 내(In vitro)	Imperatorin은 MCF-7 세포에서 에스트로겐 유사 활성을 가지며 Saos-2 골모세포의 ALP 활성에 자극 효과를 보입니다.
생체 내(In Vivo)	10 및 20 mg/kg 용량으로 급성 투여된 Imperatorin은 고가형 미로(EPM) 테스트에서 니코틴의 불안 유발 효과를 손상시킵니다. 이 화합물은 GABA-트랜스아미나제의 비가역적 불활성제로 작용하여 뇌의 GABA 함량을 증가시킵니다. 이 화학물질과 니코틴의 역치 이하 용량을 공동 투여하면 동물의 기억 과정이 향상됩니다.

The growth medium is replaced with phenol red free DMEM containing 10% charcoal-dextran stripped human serum (hormone-free) for 72 h, after which the medium is refreshed and this chemical is added. After a further 24-h exposure, the cells are harvested and washed with PBS. Cell pellets, which are obtained by centrifugation at 1000 rpm for 15 minutes, are stained with 1 mL of freshly propidium iodide (PI) staining solution (0.1% of Triton X-100, 0.1% of sodium citrate, 50 μg/mL of PI and 10 μg/mL of RNase A in PBS). Flow cytometric analysis of cell cycle distribution is performed.
