ISO-1은 시험관 내에서 사이토카인 활성을 유의하게 억제합니다. LPS 처리된 야생형 마우스에서 분리한 대식세포에서 종양 괴사 인자 방출을 억제하지만, MIF 결핍 대식세포에서는 사이토카인 방출에 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
생체 내(In Vivo)

ISO-1은 내독소 또는 맹장 결찰 및 천공 (CLP)으로 유발된 중증 패혈증에서 생존율을 유의하게 증가시킵니다. 마우스 난백 알부민 (OVA) 유발 모델에서 기도 과민반응 (AHR)을 예방할 수 있습니다. 이 화합물은 마우스에서 오존 유발 세포 모집, 사이토카인 방출 및 AHR을 약화시켰지만, 폐기종 측정에는 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 실험적 망막 박리에서 광수용체를 보호하고 교증을 감소시킵니다.

    RAW 267.4 macrophages were treated with various concentrations of ISO-1 (1-100 μM) 30 min prior to LPS addition. Macrophages were collected 2 h after activation with LPS and washed one time in PBS (pH 7.4). Nuclear extract was isolated using NE-PER Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Extraction Reagents.
