시험관 내(In vitro) NSC697923은 PMA 유도 NF-κB 활성화를 선택적으로 억제하며, RANKL과 LPS 모두에 의한 IκBα 인산화를 억제합니다. 이 화합물은 Ubc13과 ubiquitin 티오에스터 접합체의 형성을 방해하고 ABC-DLBCL 세포에서 NF-κB의 구성적 활성을 억제합니다. 또한, ABC-DLBCL 세포와 GCB-DLBCL 세포의 증식 및 생존을 억제하며, 원발성 DLBCL 세포의 세포자멸사를 유도합니다. 신경모세포종(NB) 세포주에서 이 화학물질은 세포독성 효과를 보이며, 부착 의존성 및 비의존성 콜로니 형성을 모두 억제합니다.

    반응은 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 5mM MgCl2, 200μM ATP, 120μM Ub (U-100H) 및 0.1μM E1 (E-304)을 포함하는 완충액에서 37°C에서 40분 동안 수행됩니다.
