Pembrolizumab과 덱사메타손은 생체 내에서 췌장암의 종양 성장을 시너지적으로 억제한다.

세포 분석:

  • 암세포는 48시간 동안 덱사메타손과 함께 배양한 후, PBMC와 10:1의 이펙터/타겟 비율로 공동 배양하고, 추가로 48시간 동안 PD1 억제제 (Pembrolizumab; 5  μg/mL)를 첨가하였다. LDH 수준이 검출되었다.
