시험관 내(In vitro) Skepinone-L은 p38 MAPK 경로를 통한 HSP27 (Ser82) 인산화에 농도 의존적인 억제를 보이며, 세포 IC50은 약 25 nM입니다. 또한 p38 MAPK에 의해 조절되는 TNF-α, IL-1β 및 IL-10의 농도를 30-50 nM 범위의 IC50으로 감소시킵니다. 이 화합물(1 μM)은 CRP, 트롬빈 또는 트롬복산 A2 유사체 U-46619 자극에 의해 활성화된 혈소판 p38 MAPK 기질 Hsp27의 인산화를 제거하고 혈소판 분비 및 응집을 손상시킵니다.
