시험관 내(In vitro)	In vitro에서 Tauroursodeoxycholate는 17βEG에 의해 유도된 cVA-of-CLF 손상에 대한 보호 및 역전 효과를 보입니다. Mz-ChA-1 담관암 세포에서 Tauroursodeoxycholate는 Ca²⁺, PKC 및 MAPK 의존적 경로를 통해 세포 성장을 억제합니다. 분리된 쥐 간세포에서 Tauroursodeoxycholate는 β1-인테그린 매개 cAMP 형성을 통해 담즙산 유도 세포자멸사를 억제합니다.
