시험관 내(In vitro)

F3-CM 또는 IL6으로 자극된 HMO6 및 CHME5 세포에 Tocilizumab을 여러 농도로 첨가한 후, 항염증성 M2 마커(CD206 및 Arg1)의 발현 수준과 인산화된 JAK2 및 STAT3의 수준이 모두 감소합니다.
생체 내(In Vivo)

Tocilizumab은 JAK2/STAT3 활성화를 차단하고 A549-F3 세포의 생체 내 뇌 전이(BM)를 저해할 수 있습니다.

세포 분석:

  • HMO6 및 CHME5 세포를 대조군 배지 또는 F3-CM 단독 또는 F3-CM에 Tocilizumab (2.5 μg/ml, 24시간) 또는 IL6 (200 ng/ml, 24시간) 단독 또는 Tocilizumab 보충 IL6으로 처리했습니다. HMO6 및 CHME5 세포에서 p-JAK2, JAK2, p-STAT3 및 STAT3의 웨스턴 블롯 분석이 수행되었습니다.
