ZM 241385는 A2a 수용체에 높은 친화도를 가집니다. 쥐 크롬친화세포종 세포막에서 ZM 241385는 삼중수소화된 5'-N-에틸카복스아미도아데노신(NECA)의 결합을 pIC50 9.52로 치환합니다. ZM241385는 세포 손상 및 사망과 밀접하게 관련된 현상인 무산소성 탈분극(AD)의 출현을 지연시키고, 심각한(7분) OGD 기간으로 인한 시냅스 활동 억제로부터 보호하며, CA1 뉴런과 성상교세포를 손상으로부터 보호합니다.

After a 30 min incubation period at room temperature, the samples are evaluated spectrophotometrically at 548 nm and OD values-in comparison with a standard curve is determined in culture medium by using serial dilutions of sodium nitrite-represented total stable metabolites of NO.
