Lck HTRF 키나아제 분석은 억제제 화합물의 존재 또는 부재 하에 가스트린의 비오틴화된 기질 펩타이드의 ATP 의존성 인산화를 포함합니다. 가스트린의 최종 농도는 1.2 μM입니다.
